DON’T PANIC!
Its easy when you know how, so if you have a problem don’t panic we will guide you through it.
This maybe the first time you have done anything like this, so allow yourself time and the environment to do it properly and enjoy it.
In the first instance, before you connect and load anything, thoroughly read the instructions that came on the memory stick with your ReMapper™ or download a new copy from this page.
MOST importantly don’t try to ignore or shortcut the instructions.
If you get into any difficulties, this will normally be down to you windows version and configuration.
The software can be loaded onto any PC that has Internet access, so our advice is to use the newest and most up-to-date in your household.
